The Brief
A resort that lets the river lead
Riverside Eco Resort is conceived as a low-density, riverfront retreat where the built form steps back and lets the Kumar River lead. Board-formed concrete, warm timber, and perforated brick sit lightly among mature trees.
A single winding footpath threads reception, cottages, a central pond, and the riverbank into one continuous walk — connecting every part of the resort back to the water.
